Overview
The ilumento i-1ZPHD is a versatile Phase load controller that can switch between forward and reverse phase dimming control. It features a robust 5A dimming circuit perfect for today's smaller LED loads. With ilumento, there is no need for separate controllers for each type of control, as the device can adapt through firmware using the ilumento Project Management Cloud setup software.
Power Data Bus Connectivity
By utilizing the Power Data Bus (PDB), installers can simplify their installation process, saving time and money by avoiding complex connections that clutter the cabinet. The PDB communication system not only transmits 24V DC power and data signals from the intelligent power supply but also provides an emergency Phase Loss trace for alerts and an additional trace for future use.
Ease of Installation
The i-1ZPHD easily clips onto the PDB350 and is mounted on the supplied 35x7.5 mm Din Rail for quick and straightforward installation. Power and low-voltage connections are kept separate, maintaining appropriate distances within the cabinet and allowing for easy disconnection with color-coded connectors.
Energy Monitoring
The i-1ZPHD continuously provides real-time energy usage data back through the Power Data Bus to the intelligent power supply and network. Energy usage can be monitored in real-time via the ilumento SCADA system and a connected cloud solution by Xyte.
Local and Room Override
When functioning as an emergency load controller with a dedicated i-PS18 power supply, the i-1ZPHD can receive an emergency override command through the Power Data Bus. A primary i-PS18 managing the room or system logic triggers the emergency override command. Additionally, each i-1ZPHD includes a dedicated manual override for specific zone control.
Device Linking
Using the ilumento Project Management Cloud startup software and available mobile and web apps, technicians can link up to six i-1ZPHD devices for larger space operations. Linking controllers streamlines setup processes, especially in larger areas that exceed the power capacity of a single controller.
